Questions We Hear Often
FAR infrared saunas use longer wavelengths that are designed to penetrate more deeply into the body's surface, producing a gentler, more enveloping warmth compared to traditional steam or near-infrared models. This makes the experience feel more like a slow, sustained soak of heat rather than an intense blast. Most of the saunas in our collection use FAR infrared or full-spectrum carbon heaters for a consistent, whole-body warmth.
EMF stands for electromagnetic field, which is emitted by the heating elements in electric saunas. Low-EMF and ultra-low-EMF designs are engineered to minimize this output, making them a more considered choice for regular, extended home use. All of our infrared sauna models are built with low-EMF or ultra-low-EMF carbon heating panels so you can relax with greater peace of mind.
Most 2-person models in our collection are designed for a compact indoor footprint and can fit comfortably in a spare room, bedroom corner, or finished basement. We recommend leaving a few inches of clearance on each side for ventilation and ease of access. Each product page includes the exact assembled dimensions so you can plan your space before purchasing.

About Our Infrared Saunas
Infrared saunas have become one of the most sought-after additions to the modern home, sitting at the intersection of thoughtful design and everyday self-care ritual. Unlike traditional steam saunas, infrared models use radiant heat panels to warm the body directly, creating a softer, more sustained experience that fits naturally into a daily or weekly routine. They are built for anyone who wants to carve out a quiet, restorative space in their own home — whether that is a spare room, a finished basement, or a dedicated wellness corner. When choosing a home infrared sauna, key considerations include the number of occupants, the type and placement of heating panels, EMF output levels, wood quality, and the convenience features that make the experience feel personal — such as integrated audio, lighting, and digital controls. A well-chosen sauna becomes more than a product; it becomes a ritual space, a place to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself. At Oasis Retreat Living, every sauna in our collection is selected with that intention in mind.
